We do not and will not sell or rent this information to anyone.  The information we are collecting is your name, address, email address, confirming that you are over 13 years of age, and financial information provided when purchasing from our store, and cookies.  We allow you to submit a letter or request a letter if you are 13 years and older; however, to make any purchases through our store you must be 18 years or older and we will request confirmation of your age at the time of submission or request of letter and at time of purchase. We do not collect the personal information of those under 13 years of age. 

We will use your information to share on our website and to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will share your information with third parties outside of our organization as stated in our Terms and Conditions, i.e. upon publication of your letter as provided for under Agreement between User and www.septemberletters.com.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about new services, promotions or changes to this privacy policy.
