Gray Hair: From Ruth

Slowly, slowly the rainbows are fading,
Slowly, slowly the rains are falling.
Had I found the pot of gold at the end of those rainbows,
I would have shine as bright as the sun from the dark shadow.

Slowly, slowly the shooting stars are ending,
Slowly, slowly the stars are vanishing.
Had I closed my eyes and made a wish to those shooting stars,
I would have glistened as perfect as a full moon from the unforgettable scar.

Slowly, slowly your smiles are losing,
Slowly, slowly your gazes are colding.
Had I taken my chance and return those sweet smiles and addicting gazes,
I would have been drowned by your unconditional love and never-ending embraces.

Slowly, slowly we fall apart,
Slowly, slowly we ended right from the start.
Slowly, slowly there was no us,
Slowly, slowly it was all but a non-sense (crush) fuss.

We understand we sometimes need more support than writing and reading letters. We all experience hard times. But you are not alone. If you or someone you know is struggling, there are many forms of support. If you or a loved one is in immediate danger, call 911. It is important to notify the operator that it is a psychiatric emergency and ask for an officer trained to assist people experiencing a psychiatric emergency.
