Keep Your Head Up: From Trishy

I just wanted the creators of this website to know that this site has helped me. I have a way to write down my feelings and not feel judged. It’s also nice ti read other peoples thoughts, feelings, advice. Thanks to you – I have decided to try therapy. I always said I wouldn’t but now I figure it can’t hurt to at least try. I will def be writing here still. To everyone reading: you are not alone – asking for help does NOT make you weak – it takes COURAGE to admit you’re not ok and could use help. Keep you’re head up and remember that it’s up to you to find happiness – enjoy the small things

We understand we sometimes need more support than writing and reading letters. We all experience hard times. But you are not alone. If you or someone you know is struggling, there are many forms of support. If you or a loved one is in immediate danger, call 911. It is important to notify the operator that it is a psychiatric emergency and ask for an officer trained to assist people experiencing a psychiatric emergency.
